How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and UK orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days. UK standard delivery is £4.99 (free over £50) and express is £6.99. We also ship to the EU (£14.99) and worldwide (£23.99).

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link.

What is your returns policy?

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Email us to start a return and we will send instructions. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How do the discounts work?

Buy two or more items and 10% is taken off automatically at checkout. First order? Use code WELCOME10 for 10% off instead (discounts do not stack). Free UK delivery applies on orders over £50.
